Core Material: class “A” cross linked Acrylic Safety Backing.

Back Material: 12mm thick closed cell fire retardant Polystyrene cushioner.

 

Method of Fixing: Polished Aluminium “J” section trims.

Aluminium angles. Matching Tee Bars. (see Detail A)

Harwood Timber surrounds. (see Detail B)

Fire Rating: BS476 Class 0 to both sides.

Tested to: BS6206 Class “A” Impact Performance ANSI 297.1 1984 Human Body Impact.

Image mirror panels can be fitted directly onto brick, block or plasterboard walls. Possibly eliminating the cost of preparing the grounds with plaster or sheet materials. Easily removable polished aluminium tee bars are fitted at mirror joints allowing minimal disturbance to neighbouring mirrors should the need arise for replacement.Alternatively, flat polished edges can be produced if preferred.
